OUR FIT GUARANTEE:
We hope you love what you've ordered, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out.
- Initiate your return within 30 days of the purchase date on your receipt or packing slip.
- If you want to replace an item in a different size or color, we recommend processing a purchase quickly as items do sell out.
- Damaged or missing items? Contact Customer Service for assistance.
- Note that the original shipping fee will be deducted from your total return amount.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing refunds.
- Online orders purchased with PayPal can be returned as well.
WHAT'S NOT RETURNABLE?
- Items not purchased at GoodWearClub.com (e.g., a third-party reseller, an auction site, etc.).
- Items without verifiable Good Wear Club order information.
- Items with removed tags or items missing their original packaging (e.g., boxes).
- Clearance items or items marked as “Final Sale”.
- For hygienic reasons, these items are “Final Sale”:
- Washed or worn items
- Accessories: earrings and cosmetics
- Intimates: panties and lingerie sets
- Clothing: tights
- eGift Card Returns: No cancellations or refunds on the purchase of a e-gift card (final sale).
