OUR FIT GUARANTEE:

We hope you love what you've ordered, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out.

  • Initiate your return within 30 days of the purchase date on your receipt or packing slip.
  • If you want to replace an item in a different size or color, we recommend processing a purchase quickly as items do sell out.
  • Damaged or missing items? Contact Customer Service for assistance.
  • Note that the original shipping fee will be deducted from your total return amount.
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing refunds.
  • Online orders purchased with PayPal can be returned as well.

 

WHAT'S NOT RETURNABLE?

  • Items not purchased at GoodWearClub.com (e.g., a third-party reseller, an auction site, etc.).
  • Items without verifiable Good Wear Club order information.
  • Items with removed tags or items missing their original packaging (e.g., boxes).
  • Clearance items or items marked as “Final Sale”.
  • For hygienic reasons, these items are “Final Sale”:
    • Washed or worn items
    • Accessories: earrings and cosmetics
    • Intimates: panties and lingerie sets
    • Clothing: tights
  • eGift Card Returns: No cancellations or refunds on the purchase of a e-gift card (final sale).
